This information site collects nothing about you on its own initiative. It only processes the messages you choose to send.
No cookies and no audience measurement
The site uses neither cookies nor any audience measurement tool. It carries no advertising. The questionnaire for assessing your situation runs entirely in your browser, so your answers are neither transmitted nor stored. The fonts are hosted on the site itself, which means that your browser does not contact any third-party service to display the pages.
The host's technical logs
Like any server, the one operated by the host (Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva) keeps technical logs which record, for each visit, the IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the type of browser. These logs serve the security and proper functioning of the site and are not used for any other purpose.
If you write to us
Messages sent to info@arnaques-suisse.ch are read by the publisher of the site, who processes them in order to reply. Your address and the content of your message are kept for as long as the exchange requires and then deleted, unless a lawyer-client relationship results from it. The mailbox is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Geneva. A message describing criminal proceedings may contain sensitive data within the meaning of art. 5 let. c no. 5 FADP, which are processed in compliance with the lawyer's professional secrecy. Never send a password, a code received by text message or a recovery phrase by email.
The business fraud alert
When you sign up for the monthly alert, your name and email address are kept in a mailing list that is used for that mailing alone, together with your company and position if you gave them. A simple reply is enough to unsubscribe, and your data are then removed from the list.
Links to other sites
The sources cited link to the websites of authorities, media or organisations, which apply their own rules. Links to the website of the publisher's law firm carry a parameter showing that they come from Arnaques Suisse. This parameter contains no data about you, and the firm's website applies its own privacy policy.

The controller is Matthias Traussnig, Quai Gustave-Ador 14, 1207 Geneva, info@arnaques-suisse.ch. You may ask him at any time, by post or by email at these addresses, whether data concerning you are being processed (art. 25 FADP), and ask for them to be corrected or erased (art. 32 FADP).
The French version of this page prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
