Describing your situation

A short message is enough. Until any conflict of interest has been ruled out, limit yourself to the nature of the facts, when they happened and the canton where you live. Keep the details of the matter and your documents for now, as you will be asked for them if a fuller exchange turns out to be useful. Your messages are read by the lawyer, who is bound by professional secrecy.

Never send a password, a code received by text message, a recovery phrase or a full copy of your bank card.

A first message does not create a lawyer-client relationship. If you would first like to know what to deal with as a priority, you can also start by assessing your situation in five questions.

Reporting an error

Give the page and the passage concerned and, if possible, the source that supports the correction. In accordance with the method followed by the site, corrections are dated on the page.

Messages sent to info@arnaques-suisse.ch are handled in accordance with the data protection page.
